Marc Bélanger is the owner and lead inspector of Spyglass Home Inspections LLC. Originally from Canada, Marc moved to South Florida at age 12 and later settled in the Orlando area, fully embracing the Florida lifestyle and its unique environment. A proud UCF alumnus, he has dedicated his career to serving others as a Lieutenant/Paramedic in the Central Florida fire service since 2011.

Marc’s experience as a firefighter has given him a firsthand understanding of the importance of proper building construction—and what can happen when small issues are overlooked and allowed to grow. This background, combined with his formal training and certification, provides a unique perspective that sets him apart from other home inspectors.

When he’s not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs, getting out on the water, and exploring everything Florida has to offer.
